Have you been to my wedding location (church/venue) before?

We have photographed at hundreds of venues, so there is a good chance that we have. However, if we have not, we will arrive early the day of and perform a thorough walk-through to scout out the best photography locations. We also do a lot of online research prior to your day.

How far will you travel for my wedding?

Is there a style or quality difference among the photographers?

No. Our collective team is trained to ensure consistent style and quality. We have developed a traditional, classic and unique style and hold each photographer to those requirements. Our quality of work is consistent, however, we do tailor our photographic style and techniques to each client requests.

 What is your photography style?

Our collective style is vibrant, fun and timeless. We love using creative lighting, unique angles, professional compositions and timeless post-production. Please ask us to send you our complete wedding portfolios. We would love for you to see that you will love ALL your images and not just a few.

Do you touch up all of our images?

Yes. Every image we deliver is post produced with our timeless style of post production. This involves basic color correction, exposure adjustment, selective black and white processing, clarity adjustments…just to name a few. Many photographers will not edit any of your images, or will only edit a few “select” images from your wedding. This means that you may have pictures that are too dark, too bright, have the wrong color skin tones or other flaws.

When should we schedule our engagement session?

As soon as possible. Our cut off for engagement sessions is 8 weeks before your wedding date.

Can we schedule our engagement session for the weekend?

Most of our weddings and events are on the weekends. If there is a weekend open, we will be happy to photograph your session on a Saturday or Sunday.

We live out-of-town and/or have busy schedules. Are there any other options to meet?

Yes. We can Skype, Facetime, Google Hangout or simply talk on the phone. We would love to meet with you prior to the engagement shoot or wedding; however, if you’re too busy or too far away, we can handle everything remotely.

What rights do I have to the digital prints?

You receive a right-to-print release. However, you may not sell your images for profit or publish your images without our written consent.

What does RAW vs JPG file mean?

Each of our packages comes with a full resolution jpeg image download. However, we do not provide RAW (unprocessed) files because we provide a finished product.

Do you back up our images?

We keep your images on file for one year.

 Do you have liability insurance?

Yes. Many venues require the photographer to have Liability Insurance.

How do I reserve you for my date?

All dates are reserved once we receive your signed contract and retainer.

Is there an additional fee if we pay with a credit card?

No.

We charge a minimal fee for any events thirty miles away from zip code 32814.

Do you offer any discounts on weekday weddings, Sunday weddings, or weddings during the off-season?

Yes! Please ask us about them.
